Returns and Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • YKL Smart Gadget Sdn Bhd offers a 7-day, no-reason return policy for eligible products.
  • To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, with the packaging seal intact, and the product unused.

2. Initiation of Return or Exchange

  • Customers must initiate the return or exchange process within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

  • An RMA number is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

4. Packaging Requirements

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and any other included items.
  • The packaging seal must be intact.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

6. Inspection and Approval

  • All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
